Testing my new blog site and working out how to navigate the site. 

This was the first piece i painted on the new wall i built in late 2022. 
I intend to paint a lot more now that my leg has healed after a nasty fall in sept 2023, resulting in 7 more pieces of metal being installed, recovery at my age is slow.

A bit about myself I am 43 years old and have broken 49 bones, I live with CRPS, Polycythemia, Barry (dog) and a snake called Murray.

I am semi retired and live in outback South Australia, I have built my own wall to paint (pic above) and enjoy using spray paint to create letter styles and images in a mural medium.

I have many varied opinions and experiences to share.

I may not post or read comments often as i choose to take this life at my own pace, which is clearly very slow.

Art aside I may share political views, personal anecdotes or experiences, yarns told to me,social commentary, satire and or rants about any given random topic i so choose.

This is not my job so please direct all complaints to your toilet bowl and press flush.

My opinion of X as a social media platform. Firstly let's not pretend it is a free speech platform, that delusion is demonstrably false on so many levels even its own inbuilt AI can't deny it. Ask Grok. https://x.com/i/grok?conversation=1939848121061974160 X forces people to be blunt, with character limits alone there is cause for understanding that it funnels people who would like to add nuance and or broad context to something written.  It is an enforced protocol, and it stifles conversation for anyone who doesn't pay. This is clear in many ways but none more than direct redress, which is why those who don't have a verification blue tick lose advantage in a debate and context in any attempt at conversation.
